Los Angeles, CA – Dec. 8 – Julio Gonzalez, CEO and Chairman for Engineered Tax Services (ETS), announced this morning that  ETS will be teaming up with RBZ  to host an educational seminar on the Energy Policy Act (Epact) and the 179D energy tax deductions extended by Congress through December 31^st,  2013. The seminar will be held in the RBZ offices in West Los Angeles on December 8^th from 8 to 11 am. The event will highlight a closer look into the widely underutilized benefits of EPAct and the significant cash benefits it can provide to designers of public buildings. Epact creates significant tax deductions for designers who are involved in the specifications of public buildings. Mr Gonzalez stated that, “ETS is very excited to team up with RBZ to create more awareness of the energy policy act in the pursuit of lowering energy consumption throughout the Nation by claiming these tax benefits.

Washington, DC – November 1, 2009 

Julio Gonzalez, CEO for Engineered Tax Services, will be the keynote speaker at the World Energy Engineering Congress in Washington, DC on November 4. The WEEC Congress conference will address issues surrounding new energy technologies, as well as regulatory, economic and industrial trends of the energy field.

Mr. Gonzalez, will be speaking on Wednesday, November 4^th at 4 pm regarding the extension of the Energy Policy Act of 2005 by Congress and how to gain significant tax incentives from energy efficient commercial buildings that qualify.
